Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Production can start in the same day if you place order at factory working hours (usually from 8am to 9pm China Beijing time), otherwise it can start in the next morning when factory gets back to work. If you want to cancel the order, in the event we already started the production, there will be a 25% restocking fee. We may not accept order cancellation on customized sex doll if we have already made it.

• Cancellation request before factory production is 100% accepted, no question asked, you will get 100% refunded.

• You may still change/add/delete some options to your order details before/during the production with/without extra charges, you don’t need to cancel order in this case, just contact us for information.

2. Return and Replacement Policy

•We stand behind everything we sell. Product quality is our top priority, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping out from our factory. We guarantee the doll you receive is 100% identical as the pictures or as your customizations and in excellent quality. If we send you the wrong doll not as advertised by mistake, we will resend or offer full refund and return shipping cost is on us.

•Upon initial receipt of the doll, please inspect the doll to verify all parts are included and in good condition. If there appears to be a damage or defect, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of shipment at service@sexdollhome.com. If the damage or defect is minor, we will provide necessary tools/parts to help you repair it. If the doll is seriously damaged during delivery, we will send new component or a new doll as replacement.

•Due to the nature of these adult sex doll products, we don’t accept return on used doll. This is the industry standard for sex dolls. In the event you must return the doll in unused condition, please send the request within 7 days of receipt of shipment, if the request is approved, the buyer will be responsible for sending the doll back to us. We will charge 25% restocking fee plus the customs duties in China.
