About production & shipping time

•We offer global free economy shipping and expedited shipping is optional. Economy shipping time is generally 20-35 days, expedited shipping time is generally 5-10 days, but it may vary depending on location, weather conditions, Customs inspection, political event etc. In the event of an unavoidable delay on shipping, we will notify you via email in time.

IMPORTANT: Current shipping time is much longer as impacted by the COVID-19, please ready this page for the up-to-date info about shipping methods and shipping time to your country during the pandemic.

•After you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam box or contact us. You’ll also be informed by email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

•For the custom sex doll orders (made in factories in China), the production time usually takes 4-6 business days for TPE dolls, 5-9 business days for silicone dolls after receipt of your payment, it could be longer in busy season. For the in-stock sex dolls in local warehouse (USA/EU etc.), the handling time is 2 business days, shipping time generally 2-6 days.

•Your sex doll will be sent in discreet & intact packaging, there are no labels, markings, or logos about the product, your privacy is our top priority. On rare occasions, the Customs staff may open your doll’s box for inspection, it is just a random security check, they won’t take your doll out of the box.

•We cannot ship to a PO box address. Please ensure that your address and phone number are accurate and deliverable. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and no shipping refund will be issued.

•We don’t ship sex doll products to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq etc..

About Customs clearance & Import duties in destination country

According to international trade practice, it is buyer’s responsibility to assit the shipping company to clear the customs, and pay the import duties if it is applicale in your country.

Usually, by the free economy shipping method, we also cover the customs clearance and import duties for buyers in many countries, like EU countries, UK, Canada, Austrilia, New Zealand, Japan, Vietnam etc.. Please also read this page for up-to-date info. By expedited shipping via UPS/FedEx/DHL, you need to assist them to clear the customs and pay import taxes. If you are from the United States, we will cover the customs clearance and import duties no matter which shipping method you go with.
